Budget management process and drive process improvement and operational efficiencies across the org. The Program Manager role requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset and a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff.

" Years of Experience Required 5 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management with track record of increasing scope of roles and responsibilities
" Degrees or certifications required Bachelor s degree business, finance, engineering, operations, or equivalent experience.
" Disqualifiers - No experience working directly with hardware and software engineers and a proven expertise in finance and operations management, organizational skills, trainable and an ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment

Job Responsibilities:
" Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
" Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
" Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
" Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
" Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
