Salary Range: $79,560-$93,246
Project Professionals are primarily responsible for ALL aspects of project performance including regular and effective project communication with clients, timely and efficient scheduling and use of all appropriate staff, quality and useful project deliverables, and all appropriate follow-up contacts. Specific duties include:
- Task management. Small project management with experience and oversight from PP II or higher. Project Manager in training.
- Business development including documenting opportunities and providing pipeline activity updates
- Project procurement including mutual work-scope negotiation with client (and with Senior Professional concurrence), fee, schedule and performance criteria.
- Project performance including budget, schedule, all follow-up, and Client satisfaction
- Technical correctness and profitable task completion
- Timely scope and fee monitoring and modification.
- Scheduling resources AND conflict management
- Consistent (regular), accurate and timely client communications
- Risk Identification and Management
- Customer billings and collections
- Proactive client management with some client development.
- Capturing and promoting future work
- Mentoring of junior staff

SALARY RANGE
$79,560-$93,246
