• Knowledge of the Project Management industry best practices for service/systems creation and development and generally accepted standards outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)
• Ability to work with a diverse team, resolve interpersonal conflict, motivate and develop team members, and influence stakeholders and key decision-makers.
