Title: Project Manager - Database Admin
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager Database Admin is to leverage Roche IT tools that include Smart Sheet, google Sheet, AppSheet and other off the shelf technologies to support RIS, Clinical Value Design & Validation and Healthcare Technology Evaluation Network (H10) in the creation of Operational Efficiency tools to enable teams to access HCP experts, request engagement time at a Roche partner site, etc.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain databases to enable user friendly access to HCP experts, internal Roche experts, partner site engagement leveraging Roche IT, off the shelf products and other existing data
Collaborate with the RIS team to optimize database access through innovative Apps that simplify the user experience more so than navigating spread sheets
Create and maintain database tools that can be automated within micro sites to create operational efficiencies that include intake forms that automatically merge with legal templates, scheduling tools to enable HCP tracking and compliance reporting, payment tracking to allow sponsoring teams to see YTD trending, etc.
Teach the Clinical Value Design and Validation chapter team to update/maintain/create tools for future projects
Teach the Clinical Value Design and Validation chapter enhanced reporting, analytics and dash boarding functionality i.e. reports, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, schedule and manage relationships with KOLs
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage projects with activity/milestone achievement

Curiosity to learn how to sync and merge content from one tool to another to minimize redundant manual work
Effective and flexible to adapt and work in a fast paced environment and within cross functional teams

Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity
Life Sciences industry and relevant diagnostic area knowledge
Educational Requirement:
BS/BA in relevant fields such as communications, science, engineering, or business administration
Professional Experience Requirement:
Min. 3 years project management, product development and/or relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare administration or with a biotech/pharmaceutical company preferred.
Expert Proficiency in the following: Smart Sheets, AppSheet, gSheets, Looker Studio, etc.
Proficiency in the following: Microsoft Office, Google Business Solutions, Smart Sheets, App Sheets and other productivity tools.
