Pay

• $80,000.00-$120,000.00 annually
• Bonus based on new sales/profitability

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects to ensure successful completion within defined parameters.
• Monitoring and managing project budgets to maintain financial targets.
• Requesting manpower as necessary to meet project requirements.
• Assisting subcontractors in completing electrical work according to specifications.
• Managing change orders efficiently and effectively.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Conducting regular job site meetings to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise.

• Experience working in the HVAC industry

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Preferably, 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same role

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
