Responsibilities of this role:

• Ability to manage small to large projects and engineering teams, strong communication skills, and a knack for creative structural solutions
• Experience in tilt-up construction is a plus

Who we are looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience
• BS or MS in Structural Engineering
• California Structural Engineering License

This is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
