Project Manager. WaveWorks - HCM at Tulane University

The Oracle HCM Project Manager is responsible for assisting and coordinating the details associated with the University's WaveWorks Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project.

The role will interact with the Tulane HCM project team and associated consultants and will assist in developing and implementing business strategies to ensure the project stays on time and in scope. The Project Manager communicates proactively with all involved stakeholders, identifies problems, and creates solutions. The Project Manager anticipates future project needs and monitors progress to ensure deliverables are being met appropriately.

This position is expected to be a two year assignment.

• Significant Project Management expertise demonstrated in the Cloud and Enterprise Applications - HCM (Human Resources)

• Ability to deliver projects under a strict timeline, while multi-tasking in a large project team structure

• Demonstrated experience on multiple projects implementing HCM Cloud Applications such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP required. Oracle HCM experience strongly preferred.

• In-depth understanding of HCM business processes, ability to comprehend business decisions and identify and track related follow-up actions

• Strong understanding of Data Conversions, Migrations, Integrations, Reports, etc.

• Proficiency in assisting business with developing end-to-end test scenarios and coordinating SIT & UAT test cycles with system integrators

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including with executive stakeholders

• Experience in developing user training schedules

• Experience assisting business user with change management and communication activities

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant Enterprise Application Implementation experience

• Master's degree in a related field

• PMP certification
