Project Manager 

System One has partnered with a manufacturer in Tulsa in search of a Project Manager (PM) to lead their project teams and ensure customer satisfaction. The PM will manage contract scope, schedules, and budget, aiming for maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Lead the project team and oversee actions for customer success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project initiation and execution phases, including scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance.
• Ensure effective project communications and resolve back charges promptly.
• Oversee procurement/fabrication, shipping/delivery, start-up/testing, and contract closeout.
• Ensure timely invoicing and customer payments.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5-10 years of project execution experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the utility/process industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in heat exchange, combustion, boilers, or similar industries
