Now Hiring an experienced Project Manager with a background in Waste Water and Water Treatment.

TradeWorX is a full-time industrial and construction employer.

Wage is $35 - $40 per hour and is based upon experience and interview- HIGHLY compensated for schooling, experience, credentials and tenure! Apply and schedule an interview to discuss.

Job Requirements:

• Travel to job sites daily.
• Meet and discuss project with the Project Superintendent.
• Review and understand project prints and spec books.
• Review current work being completed.
• Create / review current and look ahead schedules.
• Schedule and confirm deliveries, subcontractors, and equipment. Coordinate with project superintendent.
• Plan construction processes. Be able to alter the schedule and events to improve the flow of the project.
• Monitor progress on projects.
• Confirm project is on schedule, if not determine options to correct.
• Inspect site for safety.
• Maintain deadlines.
• Collaborate with owner and project managers.
• Maintain and enhance client relations.
• Coordinate work on site with the project Superintendent.
• Review construction to ensure standards are met.
• Quality assurance and quality control of delivered materials and equipment.
• Review job costings and budgets to ensure projects are at or below projected.
• Attend project meetings.
• Conflict resolution.
• Work with the project manager to generate pay applications.
• Work with project managers and project superintendents for closeouts.
