We are actively seeking a passionate and licensed civil engineer for immediate employment in our Mishawaka, IN office. This position requires demonstrated success in delivering projects of varying scales and maintaining established relationships with local and regional government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation and land development projects, ensuring adherence to Indiana Department of Transportation standards and project delivery.
• Oversee land development projects, ensuring compliance with municipal standards for both public and private clients.
• Coordinate grant-funded projects, working closely with community stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Indiana Department of Transportation standards and project delivery.
• Experience managing land development projects to municipal standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate grant-funded projects with various community stakeholders.

Required Education/Licenses:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana.
