Responsibilities:
As our Project Manager, your duties will include:
1. Leading and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, construction workers, and other project stakeholders to ensure streamlined communication and collaboration.
4. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
5. Ensuring that all projects comply with safety and building regulations.
6. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
8. Managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
9. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
2. Proven experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
8. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
