Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for construction and a knack for leading top-notch teams? We are seeking a Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage local projects in the construction industry. This is a golden opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and earn top dollar while doing it. You will be working on various projects including capital improvement, commercial, data center, tenant improvement, mission critical, retail, restaurant, hospitality, office, government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, you are expected to:
1. Manage complex construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Oversee all facets of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
3. Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
5. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
6. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly managed.
7. Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing projects in capital improvement, commercial, data center, tenant improvement, mission critical, retail, restaurant, hospitality, office, government, education, and healthcare sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety protocols, and regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in project management software.
7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
