Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative oversight of the SUD Workforce Training QI Projects and Trainings
- Develops project plans for Opioid Settlement Workforce Training Program (WTP) and monitors the day to day operation of each established project and training program
- Supports the Assistant Director, Lv III with the facilitation of interdisciplinary workgroup meetings with facility clinical/administrative initiatives' leads, including agenda setting, presentation production, notetaking/minutes, follow up communications and oversight of project next steps
- Implementation and optimization of SUD WTP initiatives' dashboards, workflows and electronic medical record (EMR) clinical documentation tools and reports to inform QI and satisfy grant funding deliverables
- Organize and execute Learning Collaborative meetings including agenda setting, invitation and attendance monitoring, presentation production, notetaking/minutes, follow up communications and oversight of project next steps
- Organize and execute asynchronous trainings including agenda setting, invitation and attendance monitoring, presentation production, notetaking/minutes, follow up communications and oversight of project next steps
- Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional travel to NYCH+H facilities
Educational and/or experience requirements will vary requiring diverse kinds and levels depending on the content, complexity and variety of project.Compensation levels will correspond to the requirements developed for the designated project.
In no event will the acceptable minimum be below:
- A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in a specialization discipline consistent with project content; and,
- Four years of substitutable and relevant health care experience related to the objectives of the project; or,
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of experience, training and education.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:
- EPIC, preferable
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Substance Use/Abuse: behaviors, interventions and resources.
- Able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
- Hospital organization, administration and standards, regulations and laws applicable to hospital operations.
- Knowledge of principles of business and personnel administration, management functions and support service functions
- Project management experience, preferred
- Written communication skills
- Digital and visual communication skills
- Basic research, data analysis and tracking
