Job Description:

Role Overview: The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of structural steel construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
   • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
   • Monitor progress and mitigate risks.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

   • Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
   • Provide regular updates and address concerns promptly.

3. Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven project management experience in structural steel construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel materials and processes.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Structural Steel Estimating and/or Sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
