This position supports projects within our client's organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This role may require up to 75% travel, depending on project needs.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects across various client engagements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks or issues, escalating them to leadership when necessary to mitigate impacts on project success.
• Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure that projects remain financially viable, managing any variances effectively.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and contributing to project goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and any changes to the scope or timeline.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification a plus
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, depending on project needs.
