**Job Title:** Residential Senior Project Manager/PM – Customizable Town Homes/Condos
**Location:** Greenville, SC
**Type:** Full-Time

**Overview:**
A family-owned business seeks an experienced Residential Senior Project Manager with a focus on customizable town home/condo construction. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and minimizing change orders while upholding high standards. The company fosters a collaborative culture, ideal for motivated professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage construction projects, coordinating with Engineers and Architects.
- Oversee projects ranging from 18-80 units, specializing in mid-level finishes and customizations.
- Utilize Builder Trend software for project management.
- Ensure compliance with city codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Supervise and manage staff, including hiring and, if necessary, terminations.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule.

**Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of home building experience, with a focus on townhomes.
- Degree in Construction Management preferred.
- Proficient in Builder Trend software.
- Strong understanding of city codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base Salary: $80k-$110k
- Bonus Structure
- Company Vehicle
- 401k (after 1 year)
- PTO & Paid Holidays
