• Oversee all phases of solar projects, from estimator handoff to closeout.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones and profitability goals are met.
• Coordinate the submittal process and oversee material and equipment buyouts.
• Lead pre-job planning, including electrical layouts and value engineering designs.
• Collaborate with pre-fab and pre-planning departments for seamless execution.
• Act as the primary customer interface, maintaining satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate, schedule, and oversee subcontractor scopes of work.
• Track labor, material, and equipment costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and other contractual modifications.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, adjusting to evolving priorities as needed.

• Proven project management experience in solar, electrical, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles in power systems.
• Strong understanding of construction management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with estimating, change orders, and contract management.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician's license (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with project management tools.
