- Oversee all phases of solar projects, from estimator handoff to closeout.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones and profitability goals are met.
- Coordinate the submittal process and oversee material and equipment buyouts.
- Lead pre-job planning, including electrical layouts and value engineering designs.
- Collaborate with pre-fab and pre-planning departments for seamless execution.
- Act as the primary customer interface, maintaining satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate, schedule, and oversee subcontractor scopes of work.
- Track labor, material, and equipment costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and other contractual modifications.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, adjusting to evolving priorities as needed.
- Proven project management experience in solar, electrical, or similar fields.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles in power systems.
- Strong understanding of construction management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with estimating, change orders, and contract management.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's license (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with project management tools.
