Project Manager (Site Development and Engineering)
- Requirements
- 8 to 25 years experience
- Bachelor of Science (MS a plus).
- Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one with 1 year.
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Position Responsibilities
- Experienced in stormwater management design, including the use of hydraulic analysis software (Hydraflow, Pondpack, HEC-RAS, etc.)
- Experienced in NPDES permitting and Erosion and Sediment Control design in Pennsylvania
- Responsible oversight of the preparation of calculations, reports, drawings, and other documents for construction, permit, or bid packages
- Develop proposals, detailed scopes of work and project budgets for small and large projects
- Define municipal zoning and planning requirements as related to conceptual site development plans
- Lead teams of engineers and cadd designers in the development of land development projects
- Coordinate with surveyors, geotechnical and structural engineers, and other project professionals as needed in developing the plans and documents
- Attend and present at client and governmental meetings as required
- Manage standard notes and details used in land development projects
- Track and report on project budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
- Take responsible charge over the production of land development contact documents
- Develop contract standard and special provisions as needed.
- Development of new clients and maintenance of existing clients
