In this role you will be responsible for developing project plans and timelines to coordinate the development and ongoing optimization of patient services for various teams across PAR (Patient Access & Reimbursement).
Key Responsibilities:
" Lead project management from requirements definition through implementation for multiple technical projects. (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, UAT testing, and implementation planning). Some projects may be strategic in nature.
" Develop and manage project plans, budget and timelines
" Coordinate with business owners to update project changes, status and timelines as needed
" Work with business owners to ensure projects stay within scope and budget and on time
" Identify risks and mitigation strategies
" Track and report project outcomes and risks to key stakeholders
" Coordinates and directs activities of cross-functional project team
" Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
" Obtain and manage any external resources required for project completion.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree and 4 years of business experience in a role aligned with a commercial organization
Professional Project Management Certification (PMP)
Preferred Qualifications:
" 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries with experience in patient support
" Strong project management skills - proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed environment.
" Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
" Experience with project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, etc) and analyst methodologies and best practices
" Strong analytical skills
" Organized and detail oriented
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
