Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead and manage healthcare projects ensuring compliance with HCAI/OSHPD regulations. The successful candidate will oversee project development from conception through completion, maintaining budget, timelines, and quality standards while fostering strong client relationships and project team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare projects in compliance with HCAI/OSHPD standards.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation among project team members and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with HCAI and OSHPD requirements.
- Proficiency in Revit and project management software.
- AIA and NCARB certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary - $120,000 - $160,000
