Job Description:
A dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master is sought to lead complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery, optimal team performance, and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Team Leadership and Facilitation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Remove impediments and ensure team productivity
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to senior management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication
- Conduct regular status reporting and performance tracking
- Technical Infrastructure Management
- Oversee infrastructure migration, upgrades, and transformation projects
- Coordinate with network, cloud, and security teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and best practices
- Risk and Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Implement quality assurance processes
- Conduct thorough project documentation and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM)
- 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
- Proven track record of successful project deliveries
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Network infrastructure and virtualization technologies
- Project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello)
