Looking for an Agile Certified Scrum Master / Project Manager
Summary Description
Implement a file management system that would house investigation evidence/documents and integrate litigation management into a single file management system.
Work Description
This project is to support the goal of securing a new system to replace LDFS. The current capabilities of LDFS no longer keep up with General Claims and Law Department needs. The funding will be for the purchase of a new source system, as well as develop the integrations and support staff for this effort. The project will establish a single platform for file management associated with incident investigations, electronic document retention and both claims and non-claims litigation management. It will provide a uniform platform for housing information while allowing multiple work groups the ability to tailor the categorization of that information to meet their individual work needs/requirements.
Planned major milestones for development in 2019 are to include but are not limited to the following:
2018 efforts included vendor selection (identify solution either external or internal), a blueprinting effort with the selected vendor, and a POC to ensure requirements satisfy all stakeholders. The end product of the blueprinting will be a detailed estimate for development, configuration, installation, data load, interfaces, testing and implementation of the solution.

- Automatically import and sync data from other sources such as Open Text, Open Text Media Manager, FileNet, TSS, SAP Safety, Medical, Engineering, Operations and Mechanical
- Automate and import data from 3rd party sources for transcription
- Integration of standalone evidence tracking database with EAM, MAM
- Migration of 4+ TB of legacy data from LDFS to OpenText and OpenText media manager
- Secure mobile platform development.
