Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction management or with leading a team of project managers.

Required:

• Experience working in the construction industry
• Experience in reading blueprints
• Knowledge of construction RFIs
• Knowledge of change orders
• Knowledge of AIA billing standards
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Preferred:

• Blueprint reading: 3 years
• Project management: 1 year
• Construction: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

• Review drawings to ensure quality
• Manage project schedules
• Perform AIA billing
• Create and review change orders
• Review submittals
• Report on project progress to the owner
• Build lasting relationships with clients

Pay Range: $32.69/hr. - $39.42/hr. ($68,000 - $82,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 6-month contract to direct – Direct hire possible
Pay Method when Direct: Salary
Location of Job: Schwenksville, PA (19473)
WFH/Remote: Yes
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: No
Work Attire: Business casual
