Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, budgets, estimating, HVAC, vendors, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards
- Manage and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and building codes.
