Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for construction and a knack for budgeting? We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to oversee a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that all aspects of our projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be critical in coordinating internal resources, vendors, and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing detailed project plans to track progress across all construction projects.
2. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Managing the relationship with all stakeholders, including third-party vendors and contractors.
5. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including budget reports.
6. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
8. Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.
9. Defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
10. Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in the painting industry.
2. Solid understanding of project management principles, estimating, & budgeting
3. Strong working knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
4. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence all levels within the organization.
7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
