Project Manager
Join our client's growing team in San Antonio, TX as a Project Manager for a leading company specializing in natural gas installation and services.
Location: San Antonio, TX (IH-10 West area)
Reason for Hire: Company growth and new projects
Salary: Up to $125K with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–4 PM (flexible), weekends as needed
Systems Used: Viewpoint, Primavera P6
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and execute natural gas installation projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. A focus on quality, efficiency, and budget compliance is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Resource Management: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to meet objectives.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, making adjustments as needed to remain within financial constraints.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate project records, including progress updates and reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in natural gas installation or utilities. A stable job history with at least 4 years per position is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Viewpoint and Primavera P6. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attributes: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with ease.
