Join the Eclaro Team! Eclaro is looking for a Project Manager, Salesforce for our client in Research Triangle Park, NC. This is a contract position located at our client's site.

Position Overview:
- As a Project Manager you will lead the successful development and launch of Salesforce for 500 sales users across North America by the end of 2024.
- This project consists of a significant strategy/change management and a comprehensive IT-Tool-Implementation.
- The Project Manager will work closely with the regional project team, global stakeholders, the local business, data teams and external vendors to successfully manage this program.
- This person will manage the scope, timeline, budget, risk and change requests for this implementation.
- The project consists of several sub-projects and this person will be responsible to integrate between these sub-projects to ensure dependencies are managed and the program will be delivered.
- The ideal candidate will be articulate, personable and motivated, with the ability to manage several priorities successfully and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Own, develop and manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements, risks and communications
- Maintain primary communication with the sub projects teams to track project activities and deliverable progress/completion
- Provide weekly status updates to the program management and program sponsor
- Oversees project plan details, timeline and drives accountability to task
- Organizes workshops, offsite trainings and meetings schedules including room reservations, contract negotiations, AV and food and beverage orders
- Structures central program documentation
- Lead effective meetings, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, and all other stakeholders
- Analyze and challenge assumptions looking for opportunities to mitigate project risks
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including successful development and launch of Salesforce for sales users
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices
- Project Management certification (i.e. PMI, Scrum) or equivalent (PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus)
- Experience in critical project situations and performing corrective action to bring the project back on track
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the aptitude to identify and address project challenges promptly
- Demonstrated project and risk management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, customers and management with a focus on consistency and accuracy
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a large project and/or team
- In-depth knowledge of project-management software applications and methodologies (i.e., Agile / Waterfall, JIRA Tool, MS Project or other project management software)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to keep project teams anchored in creating value for the end user
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work within a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Certification and experience in salesforce
- Candidate should be able to understand Salesforce to be able to provide guidance and training to others on how to navigate the system and its features
- Candidate should be able to facilitate workshop and trainings and experience should showcase this experience
- Project manager of a minimum of 5 years.
