Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Service Salesman and PM to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm service sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, developing client relationships, ESTIMATING, and closing sales in the fire protection industry. Knowledge base bidding new construction projects, service, pre-action, clean agent, and Stat-X systems is a bonus and can lead to additional compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for fire alarm services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools to manage and track sales activities.
Ideal Candidates:
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in fire alarm service sales.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.
• Willing to work in an office environment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM when not doing site visits.
