In this role, you’ll manage every step of a roofing project, from start to finish, with support from an expert office team. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new customers and providing accurate estimates.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management within your sales territory.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize profits.
- Inspecting roofs for quality, damage, and construction progress.
- Keeping the team and customers informed throughout the project.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing new business with existing clients.
- Selecting proper materials for each project.
Your office support team will handle scheduling, materials procurement, labor management, installation oversight, warranties, and compliance with safety standards, regulations, and building codes. As a Roofing Project Manager, your focus will be on ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

- Reliable Transportation, a truck is best. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks are available for general use.

- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
