Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology-focused projects within the HR department. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with HR strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
" Lead and manage technology-focused HR projects from initiation to completion.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, as needed.
" Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
" Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
" Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
" Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
" Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Required Experience:
" Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology-focused projects.
" Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
" Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Knowledge of using ADO.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
" Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
" Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
" Experience with HR technology systems.
" Technical background or experience in IT project management.
