Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion home repair and energy efficiency projects for our Income Qualified programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion home repair and energy efficiency projects for our Income Qualified programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community service.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors and program team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Identify and address opportunities for work efficiencies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with program team, contractors, and customers. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Risk Management and Safety: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and progress reports. Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in low-income housing or home repair projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to community service and improving living conditions for low-income families.
