Summary of Responsibilities
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring project success by managing multiple construction projects with an annual volume of $2M - $3M. This position is responsible for maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional who can effectively lead teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality compliance.
- Conduct site visits, team meetings, and maintain customer communication via BuilderTrend.
- Coordinate production schedules, material deliveries, permits, and code compliance.
- Manage change orders, subcontractor billings, and progress payments.
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and smooth project completion.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency in construction management software (BuilderTrend)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
Compensation
- $62,000-$83,000 based on experience
- Vehicle maintenance and mileage reimbursement
- Full-time position (40+ hours/week)
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
