What we need…
We are looking for a client facing Software Development Project Manager responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities of varying size and complexity assigned to the Software Development SDaaS Team. This candidate must utilize project management principles to administer project logistics to keep work on track in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, and is experienced in collaboration, communications and desktop services applications including email platforms (Microsoft O365 and Exchange), as well as Collaboration Tools and Services (Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Slack, Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.)

What you’ll do…
- Perform project administration according to PMO process for software development projects spanning multiple departments, coordinating the efforts of all groups.
- Extensive interactions with clients, product development, systems and programming, client services and other cross-functional teams
- Coordinate a wide range of projects with varying levels of scope and complexity
- Document project plans as well as high-level milestones and applicable dates
- Maintain project level action items
- Communicate project/release information internally and with clients
- Document repeatable process
- Coordinate formal and informal meetings, emails and phone conversations
- Keep all teams and individuals involved in project aware of status and updates
- Coordinate with business partners in the implementation/conversion and support of strategic products and facilitate meetings a necessary
- Coordinate vendor relationships as needed
- Formally take meeting notes
- Track and communicate deliverables
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Exceptional organization and time management skills required
- Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from events/projects in a demanding work environment
- Advanced communication skills, including the development of agendas and documentation of meetings via minutes and action items
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and propose efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex application issues
- Experience with Smartsheet or Jira a plus
- Previous Banking experience is a plus
- PMP or other project management certification a plus
- Demonstrated experience in project management process
The salary range for the role is $60000-$90000/annually
