Overture Partners' client has an immediate need for a Project Manager. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years managing complex IT projects with full development, implementation, and financial accountability.
- Experience managing large-scale applications across various environments.
- Familiarity with State Government Health and Human Services (HHS) programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Conflict resolution and consensus building experience.
- Create and execute comprehensive project plans with team members and key stakeholders
- Manage and monitor the project development process, overseeing scope and change control processes.
- Prepare and publish project documentation, in accordance with standards and due dates
- Follow a comprehensive defect tracking process to ensure thorough testing efforts locally and by various teams. Submit detailed documentation of the process to the Director.
- Report project status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders and senior management weekly.
- Monitor results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies and associated technical specifications.
- Mentor Junior staff members.
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study
- CSM and PMI PMP certification.
