About the Job
Our client is building a new CoE specific to Salesforce. The functions of the CoE included program backlog grooming, tracking business value, business/technical architecture reviews, business process mapping, data governance and ongoing delivery/monitoring. This role will assist with establishing CoE infrastructure, documenting SOPs, establishing cadence, initial execution, and transitioning.

- Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
- Ability to establish and optimize best practices within a Salesforce CoE.
- Skilled in training and mentoring teams on Salesforce processes and methodologies.
Project Manager/Project Coordinator
This role will assist in data migration mentioned above in addition to:
Skills:
- Administers the COE meetings, sets agenda, manages communications between CoE “Offices.
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Program Management Plus (PMP) certification or Certified Associate Project Manager
- Management experience in the IT field (Combined technical and project)
- Experience as a Project Manager in an IT Enterprise Management environment.
