DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the project manager responsible for supporting the product life cycle of suite of technology-based solutions to include support of the product management, engineering, and implementation teams.
- Work with internal and client stakeholders to provide project management for paid development projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget and appropriately identify when projects are at risk of not meeting these objectives.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for product enhancements, regular releases and client implementations.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in a related field required with product implementation and/or development preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or project management experience with certification required.
- Detail and process-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking and tracking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft Office including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Project and/or equivalent project application suite.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Hybrid environments.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done.
- Must be available to Travel, estimated 25%.
- Ability to manage several similar projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
- Healthcare experience, specifically pharmaceutical (pharmacy/PBM), preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards PMP certification preferred.
- Experience using Smartsheet project and work management platform a plus.
