Project Manager - ECA Staffing Solutions, Inc

• Lead and manage all brand and marketing projects from start to finish whether it's a new product launch, a marketing campaign, or anything in between.
• Coordinate across teams (creative, content, social media, e-commerce, etc.) to make sure everyone is aligned and projects are running smoothly.
• Keep timelines on track by setting deadlines, managing schedules, and checking in with teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Streamline processes to make our workflows more efficient and help us better use our existing tools and systems.
• Track budgets and resources to make sure we're spending wisely and that projects have the support they need.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and help make big-picture decisions that will drive the business forward.
• Experience in marketing-specific tools like Monday.com . A plus would be experience with Centric PLM.
• Experience working with an e-commerce brand , or other consumer-focused businesses .
• Familiarity with the dynamics of fast-growing retail or lifestyle brands will give them the right context for managing your campaigns.

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management experience in brand, marketing, or creative environments (bonus if it's with an online retail or lifestyle brand!).
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and have a knack for keeping things organized, even when things get busy.
• Understanding of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com , and can quickly adapt to new systems.
