Pilot Door Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager who is dedicated to the construction process to join our team in Pleasant Grove.

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from the earliest stages of takeoff through installation.
• Work directly with General Contractors and Subcontractors
• Manage freight budgets and installation crews as needed.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Work near a shop and manufacturing environment
• Travel to job sites across the U.S bi-weekly

• Previous experience in large-scale building construction
• Previous experience managing subcontractors
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook,
• Experience in expediting, logistics management, and project management
• Ability to oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
• Experience in managing people to ensure compliance and quality of work
