About the Job
POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager for COMANCO, you will oversee all aspects of a construction project - ensuring all jobs are completed within budgetary and time constraints down to crew management.
Project Managers are involved in project planning from day one. Construction scheduling, estimating, buyout, and the closeout are just a few of the job tasks you will experience in this role. You will have a direct relationship with the Customer, COMANCO employees, Subs, and Suppliers.
A successful Project Manager has the uncommon skill to "look ahead" and see where the project is today, two weeks, and even one month ahead. They have a good understanding of the project budget and schedule to ensure all aspects of the job are aligned to the plans and specifications throughout the project timeline.
A skilled Project Manager is sometimes required to make split-second decisions regarding the issues that may arise, consider the big picture, and keep an eye on the long-term progress of the project, all while maintaining safety at the forefront.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or a combination of related coursework and experience is required.
- Prior construction management and experience are preferred. Knowledge of project management, scheduling, estimating, and project management software.
