Project Manager - Nesco Resource, LLC

Nesco Resource has an exciting Project Manager opportunity with an established and innovative electric company. The annual base salary for this role is dependent on skills and experience starting at $100k.

• Manage assigned projects including budgets, schedules, resource and workforce allocation, communication and client satisfaction
• Supervise all project assigned management and/or office staff
• Provide guidance and input into the development of all project schedules, job cost, and other management reports as well as updates
• Provide input into the development and execution of subcontracts, purchase orders, payment requisitions, proposals, etc.
• Prepare monthly requisitions and submit in an accurate and timely manner to clients as needed
• Submit all necessary monthly job cost and other financial reports
• Approve and phase payment invoices from vendors and other suppliers
• Provide key communication to clients, engineers and architects
• Assist with bidding and business development activities when necessary
• Support training and employee development activities
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Experience with electrical/construction projects preferred
• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
