Job Details
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Successfully navigate the permit process to establish the development rights for parcels of land
- Develop & monitor project schedules and timelines for predevelopment, design, entitlement and construction
- Monitor quality and compliance with contract documents
- Work with the Contracts and oversee the bidding process
- Review reports from varied consultants (waterproofing, structural, architectural, environmental surveys, etc.)
- Manage contracts/billing to meet budget numbers
- Oversee consultants to coordinate final approvals by public agencies
- Oversee Superintendents/Laborers/Subcontractors to ensure they are meeting schedules and contract requirements
- Travel to job site(s) required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as Project Manager or Superintendent in Construction industry MANDATORY
- Entitlements experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
- Extremely organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Team player with strong work ethic
