Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead is the client liaison between the marketing and the creative teams. Responsible for managing projects and the project flow from kick-off to completion through careful planning, organization and evaluation of deliverables.
• Track project timeline and budget, communicating clear deadlines and providing proposed reprioritization based on due dates. Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies/downstream implications to ensure success.
• Manage mostly Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects and project flow from request to completion, also manages Tier 1 projects as needed.
• Be responsible for project scoping and planning, may also be responsible for financial management and forecast monitoring.
• Create project schedules and communicate clear timelines to clients
• Serves as primary contact and point of coordination between marketing and creative teams and any third parties involved to manage projects (i.e., print and digital project production) from request through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Workfront Experience is must have
• Strong project management skills with proven experience in delivery of creative content production services
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Understanding of the creative production processes

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $38- $40 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
