Job Overview – Construction Project Manager:

Step into a key role as Construction Project Manager with our client in Philadelphia, PA, overseeing projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion. Ideal for an experienced project manager from a mid to upper-level general contractor background eager to drive results.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000/year + bonus

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:

• Project Coordination: Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Supervision: Manage on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control standards to ensure all construction work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns..

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years of Project Management experience within a mid to upper-level general contractor environment.
• Skills: Strong project management abilities, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and construction-related tools.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively lead project teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
