ERP Responsibilities and Experience Requirements:
- Must have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials – including Payroll, and Supply Chain in a Healthcare environment
- Must have prior PeopleSoft project management experience from either a consulting OR client focus
- Experience must include implementation of large, healthcare organization with focus on Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain Suite.
- Responsible for oversight of the ERP Project teams; work streams; quality management; deliverables; and the methods, standards, and guidelines for the Project.
- Work with the ERP implementation partner to successfully lead NYC Health + Hospitals in a full PeopleSoft Financials (including Payroll) and Supply Chain ERP Implementation
- Co-ordinate with implementation partner to maintain and update project plan
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft ERP Financial and Supply Chain Healthcare implementation experience required
- A minimum of 2 full life cycle ERP implementations from requirements gathering phase to post
- Go-Live support
- Has program and project budget creation and management experience (program and project budget and spend tracking and reporting)
- Has established solution development life cycle processes with cross team and domain solution reviews

- Sound understanding of IT general application and computer control objectives based on industry standards
- Has established IT operational processes and procedures
- Has established book of demand intake, prioritization and change management processes
- Must have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Has strong leadership skills
- Is customer service focused, with good communications skills, a self-starter, self-supervised and has good influencing skills
- Establishes and matures business relationships with our business partners across EITS and Healthcare Facility Networks
- Lead, motivate, and provide training and coaching to team members in order to support Corporate and EITS PMO requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines; and
- A minimum of eight years' experience in the field of project management, data processing, computer systems and applications, at least three years' experience in managerial postion; or a satisfactory combination of education, training and experience
- Demonstrated experience managing IT budget, project portfolio, and operational improvement plans
- Demonstrated experience utilizing ISACA COBIT business framework and established governance, control, risk and audit processes for an IT organization
- Experience leading a team responsible for supporting an IT Shared Services organization Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired ISACA CISA Certification desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio and SharePoint tools
