Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee our well projects in the Palm Beach area. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of well projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met

- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and senior management

- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project

- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the well industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
