Lead CSR Program manager - managing CSR projects and programs
Program Development and Management – Create and manage CSR programs in support of client CSR and CMC objectives and community priorities. Strategy. With a planning horizon of one to three years, develop program plans to maximize community and brand impact and ensure alignment with CSR and CMC objectives. Manage all aspects of assigned programs, including setting of objectives, and developing and implementing initiatives and related tactics at global and local levels. Subject Matter Expert. Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise on assigned CSR programs, presenting thought leadership content. Represent the firm's CSR goals in diverse industry and client facing forums (e.g., client meeting, industry conference, etc.). Share expertise by leading cross-functional, internal and external teams. Program Evolution. Identify key stakeholder needs (e.g., community leaders, business unit contacts and corporate partners in Human Resources and Facilities) to develop new and more efficient and effective ways to deliver CSR programs, content and tools that ensure maximum value for our communities, associates and the firm. Vendor Relations. Manage vendor relationships from contract creation to implementation of milestones. Associate and Community Engagement – Develop and adapt CSR programs to maximize associate engagement and enhance community relationships. Align community needs and CSR programming for optimal associate engagement, community outreach and business impact. Associate Engagement. Embed associate outreach into CSR programs and develop support systems to expand associate awareness and participation. Segment associate audiences (e.g., segment by age, gender, diversity, etc.) to adjust CSR programs to meet the needs of each audience. Enable associates to integrate CSR into their work or business strategies, where possible, in support of CSR objectives. Community Engagement. Build and maintain relationships with key global, regional, and local nonprofit and community leaders whose work and missions are aligned with client CSR program priorities. Understand the needs of regional and global communities; create and adapt community outreach programs to ensure maximum value for our communities, associates, and the firm. Regional CSR Team Engagement. Empower associates, globally to engage in their communities leveraging Regional CSR Teams. Partner with appropriate sub-teams to distribute programs and provide appropriate tools, communications, and resources. Communication. Work with Corporate Communications and Corporate Segment Marketing partners to provide strategic direction for the voice of Corporate Social Responsibility to advance client brand and reputation. Sponsorship and Membership Portfolio Management – Identify, evaluate and implement community sponsorships and memberships as assigned. Activate multiple sponsorships simultaneously, and secure resources to support larger sponsorships as needed.

- Proven ability to develop and execute plans (e.g., ability to plan, develop, anticipate, troubleshoot, derive solutions, execute plans, draw conclusions, make recommendations)
- Strong relationship management skills and community orientation - demonstrated ability to build credible relationships across the organization and within communities
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and the decisiveness to translate those ideas into actions, and actions into results
- Creative thinker, and ability to recognize opportunities, and stimulate internal actions to produce innovative solutions
