A leading Milwaukee-area commercial general contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up commercial construction projects with budgets $10M - $50M+. Light industrial and multifamily project experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans
• Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
• Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Maintain project documentation
• Adhere to project scope and budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of Construction Project Management
• Broad commercial projects $10M - $50M
• BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
