Project Manager - CyberCoders

We're growing across markets and looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion in a new expansion market.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
