We are seeking a Senior Site Design and Permitting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in site design and permitting, specializing in complex land development projects across the NJ region. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as we pride ourselves on being a proactive and timely consulting firm.

About the Role:In this Senior Site Design and Permitting Manager position, you will:

• Develop design and permitting strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Lead and manage the design team to ensure efficient production of engineering plans.
• Provide expert testimony and presentations to clients, municipal boards, and agencies.
• Oversee project finances, ensuring profitability and timely execution.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Mentor staff to foster professional growth and team success.
